DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VERIFICATION FOR UPTU COUNSELLING
Following documents would be required at the verification centre in original and one set of attested photocopy.
- Admit Card
- Mark sheet of qualifying exam
- High school Certificate
- Character certificate
- Certificate of Medical Fitness / Undertaking of Medical Fitness
- Following certificates issued by designated authority as per the format in the brochure of UPSEE-2015: (a) Domicile certificate, If applicable. (b) Category certificate such as OBC*/SC/ST, if applicable (c) Subcategory certificate (Freedom fighters/Armed forces /Physically handicapped) whichever is applicable (d) Income certificate (applicable for economically weaker only) (e) GDDA category certificate, if applicable (f) Rural Weightage certificate, if applicable. *OBC certificate must be issued on or after 1st April 2015.
