Job Title: Admission Counselor / Tele-Counsellor

Location: Lucknow

Calling all Admission Counselor Rockstar!

• Are you a Tele counselor Rockstar with a passion for helping people and collaborating with the team? If so, then we want you to join our Leading Institute in Lucknow as our Counselor!
• We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele counselor to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking care of the admissions process. 
• Calling on the database generated and provide the program information for admission into the institute.
• Taking the students/ parent on a institute tour and counselling them regarding admission.
• Follow-up calls to students/parents who visit the Institute.
• Counsel and actively support parents and students in filling the application forms for the program.
• Admission procedures including scheduling test dates, registering students. 
• Coordinating with the HODs and internal team for the admission process.

Requirements:

Experience: A candidate must have a minimum of 1 to 3+ year experience as an Admission Counsellor/Tele Counsellor.

Qualification: The candidate can be a Graduate from any of the following: B.Com, BA, BBA/BBM, BCA, BSc.
